Warehouse Receiving

Your furniture is opened and inspected while the freight driver is still at Crown Warehouse. This allows us to note on the freight bill any damage that we find, which may include freight damage or manufacturing problems. Noting issues on the freight bill is key to resolving freight claims quickly and successfully.

Furniture Deluxing

Deluxing is the extra touch that we provide to each piece of furniture. It includes dusting, cleaning, minor touch-ups, steaming, and a final inspection before the piece reaches your customer's home. It shows the customer that their furniture was handled with care every step of the process.

Residential/Commercial Delivery

Our delivery crew has had a minimum of 2 years experience in furniture handling as well as excellent customer service skills. We always take off our shoes in your customer's home. We are skilled at assembling and disassembling beds, wall units, and other large pieces.

Long Term/Short Term Storage

All furniture that we receive can be stored for 30 days at no additional cost. We can accomodate longer term storage for large home installs, model home furniture, and inventory items.

Furniture Repairs

In the event that a repair needs to be made we will help you coordinate this. Our employees have been professionally trained to perform minor repairs such as small chips/dings and light scratches. If there is more severe damage, we have a network of talented artisans in the field of wood, leather, and upholstery repair who can fix just about any problem.

Freight Claim Processing

Freight claims are filed with freight companies when there is a shortage or freight damage with your furniture. For those of you with extra time in the day, or enjoy doing your taxes, freight claims are for you. For the rest of us, freight claims are a big hassle. We have the experience of hundreds of freight claims to file it properly, quickly, and with the highest rate of success. And most of the time, this service can be done at no additional cost to you.

Crating/Shipping

If you need furniture shipped outside of our delivery area, we can handle this for you. We can crate any size /shape piece of furniture and facilitate scheduling the freight to be picked up. Please call for a quote.

Fabric Protection

We can apply Guardsman Fabric-Coate fabric protection to any piece of furniture before delivery to your customer. Unlike other fabric protection products, Fabric-Coate penetrades deep into the fibers to protect the fabric from the inside out. Also, our formula has no ozone-depleting chemicals, is non-toxic, and non-allergenic so it's safe for you, your children, and your pets. Your customer will receive a three year warranty card.

Household Moves

Crown has teamed up with an excellent new business partner to accommodate any household move needs you may have. We have arranged a special pricing agreement for our clients. The neat thing about this arrangement is that you can order new furniture and have it sent to Crown and also coordinate a major household move at the same time.
